Non-Custodial Service

Our staking interface is fully non-custodial. We never take custody of your assets, and we never collect, request, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery information. Every transaction is built for your review and signed by you in your own wallet before it is broadcast to the blockchain. You remain in sole control of your funds at all times.

What Data Do We Process?

We do not operate user accounts and do not ask you to submit personal information to use the Services. In the course of providing the Services, the following data may be processed:

• Wallet and on-chain data. When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is read within your browser so we can display your delegations and rewards and prepare transactions for you to sign. Transactions you sign are recorded permanently on the public blockchain, which is outside our control.
• Blockchain node requests. Read-only validator and account data is fetched from public blockchain node endpoints. Such requests may expose your IP address and the wallet address being queried to the operators of those nodes, under their own policies.
• Communications. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Why We Process Your Data

We process the data described above only to:

• Operate the staking interface and display accurate validator and account information.
• Maintain the reliability, performance, and security of the website.
• Respond to questions and requests you send us.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our wallet-connection components may store connection state or a session identifier in your browser's local or session storage so the Services function correctly.

Your Data, Your Rights

We value your privacy and transparency. Because we do not maintain user accounts or profiles, we hold little to no information that identifies you. Where we do process personal data, you may contact us to exercise applicable rights, including access, correction, and deletion. Please note that data already written to a public blockchain is permanent and cannot be altered or removed by us.

• Present the exact details of every transaction for your review before you sign it.
• Delegate only to our own validators, whose addresses are fixed in the application.
• Monitor our infrastructure to help prevent unauthorized access.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
